Seul was happy to say that now he was starting to feel like a real trainer. Somehow he had gotten lucky and managed not only to acquire one, but two starter Pokemon from his trip to the lab back in Greenbelt Garden. Along with a simple kit of supplies to get him started he was ready to set out and start seeing the world. First on the list was a trip to Crescent Bay. From what he could tell it was a pretty and peaceful beach where water types would naturally live (duh). With fire and grass already in his possession, having a water type around wouldn’t hurt either. He wanted his team to be versatile, to be able to handle any situation that was thrown their way so diversity serves as an essential part of the plan. Current Party:

After arriving his eyes quickly scanned the scene for any wild pokemon. In truth his team was in desperate need of some training so something that was around the same level of power would have been perfect. That's when it appeared; a small slug-like creature slowly scooting its way across the sand. By whipping out his Pokedex, he was able to identify it as a Shellos. "A water type, huh..." Though it was of the right type, Seul wasn't particularly interested in trying to capture it. He thought of the decision to interact with it at all and reached for one of the balls hooked to his belt once his mind was made up.

“Go Bulbasaur!” He threw the pokeball, letting it burst open and release the small grass pokemon inside. After shaking itself and stretching its legs, the small creature looked up at Seul with a soft, but excited cry. He smiled, this would be their first battle, so he had to make it count. “Alright Bulbasaur, just do your best. Let's start it off with Tackle.” Pointing at the Shellos, he directed his companion to make the first move before the enemy had a chance to run away. Bulbasaur took off soon after, rushing into the opponent at full force and pushing it back a few feet as a result. Shellos was of course alerted to their presence now and once it regained footing launched a counterattack in the form of a Mud Slap, kicking up water and sand into Bulbasaur’s face. Battle Table:
