DRAWN ART | NO WORD LIMIT | UNLIMITED CHARACTERS | DYNAMIC EVENTS
New Otford, a densely populated city in the geographical location of would-be Chicago. Following a timeline and reality separate from our own, the City suffers from a harshly divided population. The year is 2021. Three years have passed since The Addison Incident which led to outbreaks of discriminatory violence across the globe. The 'Registration Act 2018' saw Supers processed like animals, licensed as if their bodies were guns, and encouraged to shift into 'safe' but ghettoized areas of major cities for 'protection' and, more truthfully, surveillance. New Otford's 'super' population is now at an all-time high due to its designation as a 'haven', leading to increased political, social and cultural tensions amongst the residents. A segregated society, the City's streets are ablaze with the passionate demands of all those who make it their home, with the unpowered and 'supers' often coming into aggressive clashes. Fundamentally divided, the future of the city is uncertain, and it is only damned to worsen as the hostilities continue to brew.
Exodus Roleplay exists in a handcrafted world, crafted for fine detail and deep immersion. We offer a series of mechanics such as territory contests to keep players engaged and commit to bi-weekly optional events. We welcome most skill levels, but encourage players to learn with us. A key part of our ethos is player freedom, with the option to create major factions, control regions of the city, and make major events. Our character ranking systems and freeform supervised combat styles ensure that new players are not pushed out or disheartened by others, whilst opening up worlds of development for you to engage with.
