[attr="id","listingTitle"]General Faction Rules
[attr="id","listingBody"]

- By following Faction rules a player gains positive Faction Points.
- Positive Faction points result in rank ups in the faction, or perks in the faction area if you are a neutral trainer.
- Upon breaking rules Faction Points are subtracted
- Faction Points can have a negative score.
- Upon attaining a score of -75 faction points a player can face a hearing and maybe kicked out of the faction based on IC interactions
- Upon attaining a score of -100 faction points, the player will most likely be kicked out of the faction and risks losing 10% of his Pokemon to the faction.
- Upon attaining a score of -150 Faction points, the player IS kicked out and is wanted, interaction may cause him to lose 50% of his Pokemon.
- A player may quit his Faction. Depending on the Faction Points accumulated, the Faction Leader will determine the penalty for quitting. Higher the ranking and faction points, higher the punishment.
- Breaking area rules means your thread is susceptible to interruption by players from the Faction that controls that area.
- You may interrupt other players who are in your Faction's area and if you find your Faction members breaking faction rules.
- Upon interruption you are forced to battle with the player who has interrupted your thread.
- If you win the battle you may complete the process of catching your Pokemon.
- If you lose the battle you cannot catch the Pokemon. Additionally, the player can demand that you give up any one Pokemon from your team, if they roll 20 or above in a d20 apprehension roll. There are bonuses to the apprehension roll depending on the player's rank within the faction.
- If there are n people from the same faction breaking rules, then there can be a maximum of n+1 people from the opposing faction.
- Neutral trainers gain faction points too and can be interrupted by any faction member of any rank.
- You can leave a faction at any time to become neutral by talking to the faction leader. However, if you leave without your leader's permission, you have to have a month-long period as a neutral trainer, where your ex-faction might attempt hunting you down and apprehending your Pokemon.
- If you have negative faction points, leaving may come with certain penalties which will be decided on a case to case basis
- You can switch your faction upon having negative points, this still comes with penalties, but with the added benefit of protection from the other faction. You may do this between Genos and Vitalis only once.
[attr="id","listingTitle"]Making your own Faction
[attr="id","listingBody"]

- A group of six or more neutral players can create their own faction (and the leader may create its own Faction rules, to be approved by the mods)
- They can then attempt to take control of the Capitol by battling the current Faction controlling it.
- Once controlled they may attempt siege on areas controlled by the other Factions, the faction rules will then apply to the sieged area.
- The factions maybe challenged by other faction and upon losing the Capitol they will be overthrown, the areas will be returned to original factions.
